Two-minute departure check
- Open TfL and National Rail for the exact date and route.
- Open the venue or ticket provider for admission changes.
- Confirm the last return journey, not only the outward train.
- Keep tickets and hotel details available offline.

Rail or Tube disruption
Check both networks before leaving. Re-plan the exact journey and keep fixed tickets, not optional street stops, as the priority.
Missed Studio shuttle
Follow the venue’s current Watford Junction instructions and speak to its staff. Do not improvise a roadside pickup or rely on an old timetable.
Late flight or delayed arrival
Drop the first flexible stop. Check the final airport-to-hotel leg live and avoid using a non-refundable attraction as an arrival-day target.
Studio tickets sold out
Check the official calendar first, then compare named packages by total price, included admission, transfer, time inside and cancellation. Never buy an unknown resale listing.
Heavy rain or a location closure
Keep indoor or covered stops such as King’s Cross, MinaLima and Leadenhall Market where current access permits. Split the river walk instead of racing exposed bridges.
Lost a locally saved plan?
Open the planner on the same browser and device. If storage was cleared or the plan expired after 180 days, it cannot be recovered by this site. Rebuild from an itinerary template; shared links restore only non-sensitive choices.
