Report a correction
Include the page address, the statement that appears wrong, what you believe should change and—where possible—the official source that supports the correction. Material factual changes are checked before they are published. A clear subject such as “Correction: Studio Tour transport page” helps route the message.
Read how the site checks facts before sending a location claim. A repeated fan story or visual resemblance is not enough to label a place as a confirmed filming location.
Partnership and affiliate enquiries
Operators, attractions, accommodation platforms and affiliate programmes may use the same email. State the legal business name, product, destination URL, commercial model and who is responsible for fulfilment and customer support. An enquiry does not guarantee inclusion, a positive description or affiliate approval.
Commercial relationships are disclosed before the affected link. Editorial claims, source standards and direct-booking visibility are not for sale. See the affiliate disclosure.
Bookings, refunds and ticket problems
Magical London Planner cannot view, change, cancel or refund a booking. Contact the seller named on the receipt or confirmation. The booking-help page explains how to identify the seller, gather evidence and find the correct escalation route.
