1. General trip-planning information

Magical London Planner provides general information to help readers research and organise visits to London and related destinations. The site combines official-source facts with clearly identified editorial planning advice. It is not a travel agent, ticket seller, transport operator, accommodation provider, legal adviser or access auditor. The content does not create a professional or contractual relationship with you.

Use the guides as a starting point, then decide what is suitable for your party, budget, mobility, health, interests and travel documents. Route times are planning estimates unless a named operator states otherwise. Maps and diagrams may be schematic and are not a substitute for live navigation or on-site instructions.

2. Information changes

Prices, opening times, ticket inventory, age rules, menus, access arrangements, transport services, event dates and cancellation terms can change after a page is checked. You must confirm time-sensitive information with the responsible provider before booking or travelling. Follow official disruption information on the day and allow appropriate time for security, queues, transfers and unexpected changes.

The site aims to correct material errors, but it does not promise that every page is complete, current or suitable for every visitor. You can report a suspected error through the contact page.

3. Third-party bookings and services

Bookings are made directly with third parties under their own terms, privacy notices, access rules and cancellation policies. Magical London Planner is not a party to those contracts and cannot change a date, issue a ticket, provide admission, recover a missing confirmation, arrange assistance or approve a refund. Check the identity of the seller and operator before paying, and keep the confirmation.

The publisher is not responsible for the availability, safety, quality, accuracy, fulfilment or conduct of a third-party service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for losses arising from a provider’s acts or omissions, disruption, cancellation, or a reader’s reliance on information that has changed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Affiliate links

Some links may earn the publisher a commission at no extra cost to the reader. A tracked affiliate link is labelled before the click, and the affiliate disclosure lists active providers. Commercial relationships do not guarantee availability, value or suitability. Compare the official route, total price, inclusions and terms before buying.

5. Unofficial status and trademarks

Harry Potter and related names, characters and marks are trademarks of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. Magical London Planner is an independent guide and is not affiliated with, authorised or endorsed by Warner Bros., J.K. Rowling or HBO. References to films, places, products and productions are descriptive and do not claim ownership or approval.

6. Copyright and permitted use

The site’s original writing, page design, data compilation and fan-created illustrations are copyright Does Your Duck Quack?, unless another credit is shown. You may read, print or save reasonable extracts for personal trip planning. You may not republish substantial parts, remove credits, sell copies, scrape the site at disruptive scale or present its original illustrations as official franchise artwork. Links to public pages are welcome.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. The Scottish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The publisher may update these terms when the site, law or commercial model changes; the date above identifies the current version.
