Public accountability
What is current, what is owned—and what is still missing.
This is a dated editorial snapshot, not a claim that every London condition is live. It makes the publication’s release, review rules and evidence gaps inspectable.

Freshness rules
Review cadence follows risk, not one site-wide date
Each changed claim keeps its own source-check date. A build date never proves a fare, lift, ticket or event is current.
| Material | Routine cadence | Publish rule |
|---|---|---|
| Ticket format, access and event transitions | Within 14 days, and before a known boundary | Official source required; warn or remove when unresolved |
| Transport, fares, shuttles and venue operations | At least every 30 days | Show check date and official fallback |
| Marketplace comparisons | Every 30 days | Official/direct option remains first |
| Location evidence and practical routes | Every 180 days | Keep evidence class and fieldwork limits visible |
| Evergreen interpretation and glossary | Annual review | Separate fact from editorial judgement |
Search-intent ownership
One primary answer for each visitor task
Navigation utilities can remain useful without competing as separate search results.
| Visitor task | Primary page | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Understand the first visit | Homepage | One recommended route |
| Build around constraints | Trip builder | Interactive output, not an article directory |
| Choose a ready-made plan | Itineraries | Curated day shapes |
| Explore and map places | Locations | Canonical location discovery hub |
| Follow the central walk | Filming-location walk | Route sequence and tour comparison |
| Plan Leavesden | Studio Tour guide | Ticket and journey decisions |
| Visit Platform 9¾ | Platform 9¾ guide | The King’s Cross atlas record supplies map evidence only |
| Visit House of MinaLima | MinaLima guide | The atlas record supplies design classification and geography |
| Learn London basics | First time in London | Transport orientation |
| Audit evidence | Research and updates | Sources, method and revisions |
Internal search, day-of tools, policy pages and visual/editorial utility pages remain available to people but do not compete as search landing pages. The King’s Cross and MinaLima atlas records point search engines to their fuller planning guides.

Status: not measured. No analytics script has been added without an approved provider and privacy design.
Blocked evidence
Real work still requiring real people
- A named accountable editor and tested corrections inbox
- Rights-cleared current location photography
- Dated London route and access field checks
- First-time visitor, keyboard and screen-reader participant sessions
- Search Console query and landing-page rows
These gaps will not be relabelled as complete. See the independence statement and research method.
