Public accountability

What is current, what is owned—and what is still missing.

This is a dated editorial snapshot, not a claim that every London condition is live. It makes the publication’s release, review rules and evidence gaps inspectable.

Freshness rules

Review cadence follows risk, not one site-wide date

Each changed claim keeps its own source-check date. A build date never proves a fare, lift, ticket or event is current.

Search-intent ownership

One primary answer for each visitor task

Navigation utilities can remain useful without competing as separate search results.

Internal search, day-of tools, policy pages and visual/editorial utility pages remain available to people but do not compete as search landing pages. The King’s Cross and MinaLima atlas records point search engines to their fuller planning guides.

Product measures

Defined, not pretended

  • Trip-builder starts and completed plans
  • Save, export and day-of companion use
  • Official and approved-booking outbound clicks
  • Task completion and first-visit comprehension

Status: not measured. No analytics script has been added without an approved provider and privacy design.

Blocked evidence

Real work still requiring real people

  • A named accountable editor and tested corrections inbox
  • Rights-cleared current location photography
  • Dated London route and access field checks
  • First-time visitor, keyboard and screen-reader participant sessions
  • Search Console query and landing-page rows

These gaps will not be relabelled as complete. See the independence statement and research method.
